We introduced ourselves and our Crypto::Stocks project to this BitcoinTalk thread (Securities), because we believe our project is an extremely good investment with huge potential.
When the United States passed the UIGEA back in 2006, it became virtually impossible to run a small gaming site when 95% of your customers are US players. Then came Bitcoin, with what appears to be a miracle solution to this problem.
As a company, we did not jump blindly into this miracle solution, but rather quietly observed the growth of Bitcoin. After several months, we concluded that a change in direction was prudent, and restructured Pari-Mutuel Gold into the newly formed PM Poker, S.A. a Costa Rica Corporation, with the same principal owners.
As we were converting our main core products for Bitcoin acceptance, we realized that we were falling behind the curve with poker, even with a superior product. We thought, “Why introduce another poker site to the Bitcoin community at this time, when what the company really needs is something unique”?
And so Quinto BTC Lottery (“Quinto”) was born -- the most exceptional, innovative Bitcoin lottery. Quinto offers 18 different ways to win, with 8 fixed prizes, and 10 pari-mutuel prizes (including the Jackpot).
Unlike United States lotteries, Quinto Jackpot is not an annuity, but a lump-sum payout, with winnings posted directly into the player’s Quinto account, eliminating the bothersome task of turning in a ticket.
Now allow us to talk about our bond offering (“QBond”), and why we believe this is a extremely good investment.
QBond purchase price is ฿0.1250, and the majority (฿0.0750 or 60.00%) of the bond is placed in an off-line wallet for initial seeding of the Quinto jackpot.
Quinto Jackpot Funds:
1QBTCbusghrWMBYh8r7co26YCPMYbDDSWdQBond face value is ฿0.2500 with a maturity date of January 1, 2016, and an annual interest rate of 7.1%. Interest payment of ฿0.000125 per QBond will be paid at Midnight UTC after each Quinto drawing (drawing on 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, and 30th (except February). QBond buy-back can happen prior to maturity date at full face value.
QBond funds are essentially “for show”.
- Prize Pools obtain their funding directly from the purchase of lottery picks.
- The majority (85%) of the income obtained for the Jackpot Pool is set aside to cover the QBond.
- Low-risk investment, as mathematically the QBond buy-back would be covered 8 times over, should we sell 100% of the QBonds.
We believe QBonds are a solid investment, and a single bond purchase on or before January 5, 2015 would yield a minimum 107.10% Return on Investment.
QuintoBTC Lottery is here for the long haul, and Bitcoin is in dire need of a successful and steadfast lottery. We will not jeopardize years of work to gain a few Bitcoins. We want our bondholders and shareholders to know they made a wise and sound investment.
We would also like to address the criticism coming from one particular person on this forum, regarding the majority shareholder Mr. Steven Swanson in PM Poker, S.A. This person wants to focus on a criminal conviction some 33 years ago, which was addressed in this
Last Post.
Let’s focus on Mr. Swanson’s achievements instead. Our original company was started in November 1996, and established one of the first on-line gaming sites called BingoGold which is still in operation 14 years later. (Domain Registration: Aug 5, 1998).
In its peak time, before UIGEA, the company employed 13 people with an annual payroll of $400K, has over 20,000 registered customer to date, and 24/7 Support.
Every domain registered and owned by the company reveals that Mr. Swanson is the Administrator of the domains, with all contact information public.
Simply put, Mr. Swanson has been a successful businessman for the past 18 years, has proven himself time and time again, and never denied what happened in his youth.
