Hello I/Ocoin community...

A BIG +1 from me to the vibes coming from this promising new community and its enlightened Dev team Smiley

Charity efforts like this are worth applauding and I take my hat off to these guys

Deeds like this haven't been very common in the altcoin world to date, and the potential they have of creating awareness and demonstrating the positive things that can be achieved is huge

After taking a quick look through this thread I'm certain that with further charity efforts, community support, and the right PR/development - a solid foundation can be established which could achieve big things that would benefit everyone involved

Nice work team!

http://iocoin.minerpools.com down for anyone else?

I know they have been targeted by big DDOS attacks from China. So probably due to that.  Remember miners. Have auto payouts on the pools of like 500 coins in case of situations like this.

They have been paying out bang on time though for me, not had any issues with them, i enjoyed mining at minerpools.

Looking forward to the new developments with I/Ocoin.  Great works Guys!

This is exactly what i was talking about when i said i had full confidence in the I/O Team.  There is so much to like about this coin and seeing these big donations, helping out real world causes and making people lives better  reassures me this coin is going places and is going to be around for a long time.

I am buying more!

Thank you I/O Team, you are changing the crypto world for the good, especially when crypto needs some good news and shows that some coins do come along and want to do good in this world!

It's weird that the checks are dated June 30, 2014.  That's before the coin even started.  Is that possible?

Its POW chain block #. This is a dual/hybrid chain coin.

I think it was just bad "luck" such a large network and so many big pools.

[20:55] <@onesandzeros> a full wallet re-design for QT is our first priority
[20:55] <@onesandzeros> the old QT wallet is so clunky and uggs
[20:55] <@onesandzeros> not just a re-skin but a re-design

Thats from IRC a few minutes ago
