And how did you come up with those values? I would say that accounts are worth exactly as much as people are willing to pay for them, and there doesn't really seem to be that much demand.

On the other hand, I don't think this should really be allowed at all, particularly in the case of older accounts and accounts that have positive trust associated with them - but of course it's pretty hard to enforce such a rule.
