I'm on bitcoin market and I bought one the other day. Easy transaction but now the BTC: Paypal is just retarded at nearly $24/BTC. A). why is that and B). what are some other (better?) options?

Paypal has a huge risk of chargebacks. I doubt anyone that sold with it will keep that money.

Mail a check to me, send WU, mail cash, send popmoney, send dwolla - all way better ways to buy bitcoins.

it depends. buy it from those ppl who want to sell in high price and you buy it then sell it in a higher price. but it has risk cause BTC is speculation.
