No, but any normal person gets paid for doing work. I dont know why he would be different than any normal person.

You guys are so blindsighted and think you will all get RICH if you just buy this 1 altcoin or that altcoin and you will be on your own personal yacht, its funny.

He did a presale of the coin, You guys bought it.

You have absolutely no right to ask him what he did with the money he got from a PRESALE. He never mentioned how the money was going to be spend anywhere, and if you look at how much VIA improved, its clearly he did a good amount getting it where it is today. I didnt knew Peter Todd was cheap

if you guys thought that the presale money was a crowdfund or something else, that will pump the price to the moon, its wrong. It was a presale of X amount of money for Drak to deliver a steady fast and working blockchain. Thats it.

Drak, can you confirm this is your position on the matter?  You collected the 600BTC as a fee for delivering the coin?  The money was not to be used for ongoing furtherance of VIA?

If memory serves, based on the BTC price at the time, you were paid USD$360,000.00.

Not too shabby, well done.

Money was used for ongoing developments, who do you think paid BTCdrak to work on the coin in the first place. Also peter Todd is not cheap. Also everything else he did.

Peter Todd is $4k a month.  If you need verification on his part time fee just ask him what he charged VIA.

It would be so easy to provide an address with the ico funds....

That would end just about all of this drama.

if Drak could just tell us what happened to the 600 BTC.
Better just get it out of the way and end this discussion and start moving forward.

ICO was a presale, he is under no obligation to provide anything financially related.

In all honest opinion those btcs are long gone, if he held them long enough i'm sure he would have sold them at ~300 or so.

Maybe that's how you do it in Romania, but you provide proof in any civilized country.

I have said dozens of pages ago what I have spent money on so far. Posts just gets drowned. Most of these discussions have occurred already in the thread months ago.

bro the btc is gone, he spent money on all the work that got done on via. There isnt a "600 BTC ICO" btc fund anywhere. He delivered everything he promised. He explained his vision clearly and in as simple words as possible. The entire ICO was never gonna be used on the entire project lol

and the money is in his account. He spent as much as he needed to pay his own time + peter todd + anything else VIA related. You dont need honesty from Drak, lol he said it in the first post that this is a PRESALE and he will deliver a stable blockchain. The presale was done in order to promote a fairer distribution than hogging the hashrate (seems that didnt work as expected with people like Masternode appearing)

Not sure what else you expect the guy to say to be honest, it was clear as day from day 1

considering the level of anxiety in the thread, do us a favor and restate what you posted months ago.
