I feel stupid but for some reason howardcoin does not want to start up. I got the conf file all setup and it compiled but I get this:
root@9731748:~/.HowardCoin# HowardCoin server starting
Error: An error occurred while setting up the RPC port 28282 for listening on IPv4: bind: Address already in use
trust me nothing is using port 28282.. im on ubuntu 12.04 lts

something's not right , my wallet rejected many blocks and i dont know why , i hop this coin is not with charity donation , so dev please can you tell me if this coin is with charity address donation so that the blocks to be valid?

I didn't see any donation stuff in the src. I think blocks are being rejected because stake blocks are being found |
