just look at all the coins comparable to SDC...100-200k is just the minimum price

a few days ago I wrote in here that SDC was looking an awful lot like early XC, I still think that, and XC touched 500k at its peak

Yep - I wouldn't even say that the respective coins are overpriced (apart from in particular lol) its just Shadow is so damned underpriced. You could call this a correction as much as a rise.

to break x00k barrier an addition of SDC by cryptsy or mintpal would be very useful...not that they are better exchanges, simply it would be an offcial affirmation of the coin, opening up the doors for bigger investors

lol it never fails.

Thread's been quiet for a couple of days and now with some gains the trolls come out

No trolling can stop the power of rynomster. Once more people realize how legit and advanced this is, there is no stopping this train. I wish I had read this thread earlier. A few days ago some people told me about this coin in an IRC, and that anon was being released on Thursday, so i put a few orders at 17k which didnt get filled and I thought nothing of it. If I had known what I know now, i wouldve panic bought whatever I could. Shouldve read the thread more carefully.

Not to nitpick or anything but it went down to as low as 15k yesterday, your orders should have been filled Tongue

Ditto. Heard about in passing two weeks ago - dismissed it without researching it and thought nothing more of it - so glad I properly found it today rather than tomorrow though! Could be talking about paying 100% more!

Ah, so these were the "family issues," rynomster. This is where your work for CINNI went. I understand.

The code and WP appear similar because it was my team wrote the code and WP for Cinni. I was not the original developer of CinniCoin, I just built the encrypted messaging system.

My team and I decided to create the ShadowCoin project so we would have the freedom to implement our innovations as we saw best. I can assure you that the ShadowChat EM system is much improved from the original EM system that we developed for Cinni.

Here is a list of improvements that ShadowChat EM has over the EM system we developed for Cinni:

  • Instant Messaging UI
  • Conversation Grouping
  • Single Database - uses levelDB instead of berkeleyDB
  • More efficient
  • BBCode (coming soon) and rich text display

I can confirm that I am sdcoin / SDCDev / lead developer of ShadowCoin

What is certain is that only one who lies you once, will he come to.
We lied in CINNI ...

Rynomster was not the dev of CINNI. Rynomster developed the messaging system. The work was completed. Go do something with CINNI to make it more valuable, don't waste your time trolling here.

I'm not sure if this was addressed already, but won't staking on mobile decrease battery life considerably? If I previously understood correctly staking mobile wallets have not been developed because of said problem.

There are many solutions to this issue. Staking wallets have not been developed...this is a first in crypto currency.

ShadowChat (instant p2p encrypted messaging): already released, and updated with richtext support.

ShadowSend (uniquely implemented dual-key stealth address to be layered with zk-snarks): releases on Thursday 8/7/14

ShadowGo (first fully scalable & fully functional staking mobile PoS wallet): releases on Tuesday 8/12/14

Yes, of course it's downloading the block chain, it's a fully functional wallet that is scaled for mobile platforms.

No it will not. My understanding is the thread will sleep when the phone is not actively being used.

Okay, so it will stake only when phone is used. I'm wondering how much it will affect usability of the phone. I couldn't find proper information of pos cpu usage.. Will it ever be able to generate pos blocks if it's active few minutes max. every now and then?

I'm trying to figure out if it will be totally vanity feature or truely usable.

then the dev needs to explain how to solve the problems that come with it, you do know a block chain gets bigger right
