Is there any benefits to use a stratehm-stratum-proxy to jump between pools fast? like in within a few blocks?

Long time ago before PPLNS there might of been a benefit to hopping pools which were mostly prop pools but most are PPLNS these days.

So your share is more heavily weighted when its submitted so its difficult to pool hop to make more profit.

Back in the day if a pool had very good luck people switched to another pool hoping their luck would turn and they would get more blocks found with the other pool. These days you can't do that anymore.
