"Folks, I’ll be honest.  No other news today really matters.  Today is all about the BitLicense and the necessity of assertive and compelling public comments - coordinated or individual - to the NYSDFS in the coming weeks.  Below is my breakdown and lengthy proposals for attacking the BitLicense’s deficiencies"

Two-bit,

I'm still relatively new to mining but am equally concerned over the Bitlicense deficiencies. I've already contacted both my CPA and lawyer to discuss how we can approach this.

They both recommended we draft an "amicus curiae" so can address both the concerns and impacts to our industry. I'm also gathering and contacting my local Bitcoin mining group to see if they are willing to work with me on this.

I have been doing more quant analysis on mining strategy and I don't want this to destroy the work I've already done.
