lets say u send somebody btc and they dont send the product, so what stops somebody from leaving a negative rating for you after you leave a negative rating for them, they are dishonest so is it hard to believe they would be vindictive... also what do you do if some body leaves a negative feedback and they are not even claiming they have done business with you - they just think you would be a scammer if u did do business

If you always use a Trusted Escrow. Then, you shouldn't have to worry about this. People with little intelligence realize you shouldn't rely on the trust rating from a unknown person who you don't know anything about. If it's spam talk to a moderator, if not then don't worry too much as a lot of people use their own judgement and nearly 99% of time will ask for a escrow.

Unless the feedback are left by someone on the default trust list, they have very little impact and are hidden as "untrusted feedback".

Most of the people on default trust list would not spam negative comments. Those who are not on it will have their negative feedback hidden by default unless you place them in your default trust list. A escrow would solve all the problem you listed since the escrow can hold the funds for one or both of the party.

Agreed, use escrow and everything. But it's pretty annoying that anyone can basically spam the trust system, and use multiple accounts to do it.

By default this trust is hidden from users so if someone is using accounts that are not on the default trust list then it wouldn't have any affect on the other person's trust rating.

True, but it is quite annoying if you find see some false and ridiculous feedback on your trust page.

It may be annoying but it shoulnd't affect your ability to do business as long as you are dealing with escrow, which you always should be.

If you use escrow then this will not effect you. Trust is really only for when you need to see if it is safe to "send first" and if you use escrow then neither party to a transaction will need to "send first"
