What are you trying to prove exactly? Those holes are sharpnel, expected to be inside the warhead of the missile.
Doesn't look a bit like machine gun holes, which draw lines of holes.

I don't think is it possible to take down a boeing like airplane using an machine gun?  especially if it is flying higher than 5km

Even if it was possible, that method would give time for the pilot to cast a mayday over the radio. Whatever was the pilot had no time to do anything.
