This just mean that he/she, is not  just selling coins, but trying to make profit by rebuying at lower price...

so now there's a release date ?  

No, there isn't still data release because there is still some last part of development connected to the recent implementation of schnoor signatures, pending and also a p2p code review process. Thokon00 has been working very hard since march and needs a bit of rest until focus on this last part.

Take in account that faircoin 2, will be the first bitcoin fork which implements schnoor signatures (as far we know...) so all has been innovative process
which has created a month of added work that will be very important for the scalibility of the system.
so, the ETA has moved to november. Anyway this will help to have all the comunication work ready for the same time, in order to make a strong launch.

Otherwise, we did great progress in the assembly. There is already enough CVN and blockchain admins for the launch!!

I recently volunteered to help the online site PoSWallet.com in their quest to get people interested in promising alternate currencies via a set of online wallets and faucets that are hosted on their site. I am in no way associated with PoSWallet other than as a volunteer hoping to help out a site that I enjoy.

As a volunteer, my task is to get small, recurring donations from altcoin developers for these faucets. Could one of the devs please spare some Faircoins for the PoSWallet faucet? The faucet address is faqWMMTRsL1qErRQpz2W51FiNSJqGNamPj. You can confirm this address at https://poswallet.com/faucet.php.

I also sent a message via email, but I haven't had as much luck with other coins using that medium, so I decided to try the bitcointalk route with Faircoin.

Any amount is GREATLY appreciated as the faucet is currently empty. The faucets on this site have about 20k claims per month, so I am fighting an ongoing battle trying to keep them from running dry.

Next important thing coming. In a week or so, will be the fairmarket upgrade, adding shipping integration and collective purchases mainly.
The collective purchases will be a big thing, because already different decens of cooperative consumers groups in spain have joined a network of collective purchases that will use fairmarket.
The project was presented in a spanish magazine some days ago, with more than 20000 reads on the article.

Yeah, It was my work of updates this last night... Because on next assembly on thursday there is a proposal to use part of these funds for a campaign to support local nodes, and empower the decentralized human network who backs the coin and the coop. So, we needed numbers updated to take any decision.

Well, in fact the second wallet became the first, growing from 238k to 243k. The first wallet moved most of the faircoins outside. In fact got 45000 of the dump yesterday until get 480K and then moved away most of them, leaving only this 195 K.
