I need around 1000 btc. To raise that bitcoins, i want to share my asset.
My asset is a mining rig which i am going to setup with the bitcoin i receive.
I don't know how to create asset & convert it to shares, so it goes like IPO.

C:\Python27\black-market-black-market-client>blackmarket.py new-asset -h DESC
usage: blackmarket.py new-asset [-h] DESC [[FILE]]

positional arguments:
  DESC        Short description.
[FILE]      Filename for contract. Reads from STDIN if not specified.

When i tried in black market, i got this.
I understand DESC, is small title.
How to create file?
What i have to put in file?
What must be the file ext....
https://gitorious.org/black-market/black-market-client/blobs/master/share-contract.xml
I can feel this link has everything, but i don't understand many.

Please some one help me to create shares with my old pc or the new mining rig, i going to buy with bitcoins i get from shares.
