I can't find much around.

I don't have resources and time to store tickers data myself on a database for multiple exchanges. Nor I have the time to build filters like "Show data for last 6 months/ week / 24 hours" ...

is there any open source tools and API for that?

Maybe bitcoinwisdom?

At least the site is good, and they have an API that may fit some of your needs.
