I ask you to do me a favor and take a long hard look at yourself in the mirror, and then ask yourself was it worth it? I think that is fake. It is an explorer which means that they could have created it themselves. When I found out that it could be fake that's when I realized I had probably been had.

its not fake, its made by some guy who sells this unique explorer to many coins, dont recall his name but ive seen his advertising here - unless the chain creator = payzor dev but i doubt it
