And, personally, I appreciate the transparancy from him to tell us that other people are resigning over this issue Thanks, stability and transparency are king. Ok, I'm not trying to be dense, but is it that:
1) any posts in the "off-topic" subforum won't be paid
or
2) any posts that you deem "too short" or "too ___" won't be paid
or some combination?
If (2), can you fill in the ___?
Can you take me as a case-study, which of my posts aren't going to be paid?
Sure. Almost all of your posts are perfectly fine and you'd have no problem reaching maximum payout at all. I've found one post in offtopic and a few in other signature campaigns. 1. offtopic is mostly just spam. Sure, there can be a few good posts here and there, but since this would only lead to arguing no offtopic will be counted from now on. 2. Posting in other signature campaigns doesn't reach any audience at all (besides the obvious signature campaign posters themselves) and will therefore not be counted as well. All other posts are perfectly fine and I can only say I'd like to see more reasonable users like sed. Doing the payouts now if I can get a minute of no PMs here haha. Cheers Edit: Changed OP to this now: We will check the quality of your posts. Please do not spam to increase your post count. Really contribute and not just spam offtopic with "+1" "what i listen to" "what i drink/eat/xxx right now". Please note that most posts in offtopic won't be counted (there could be the occasional good one here and there but since this would only lead to confusion don't count on offtopic. Posts in other signature campaign threads won't be counted since this obviously doesn't reach target audience at all. This should really be self evident by now.

So are you doing the payouts for everyone now (I think you're a day early!). Or just the folks who've resigned?

Just for the two guys that resigned as stated in OP. Regular payments are on the 1st.
Since it hasn't been 100% clear this is just fair.
If it wasn't for campaign hoppers I'd be willing to do weekly payments by the way. Might be willing to try that at some point but I'd strongly prefer regulars that stick to the campaign and are reliable.

How about after a month you get the option for weekly payments instead. That'd be much better.

Interesting, well, as i said before, I'm basically hopping because you aren't doing weekly payments. If you were willing to pay weekly, I'd be willing to stick around. For me, I don't mind less than the premium rate if I don't have to wait 4 weeks for payment, that is just too long (IMHO) with volatile prices and whatnot.

Let me think about that today after going through PMs an posts and I'll let you know in this thread. I might just go through the hassle of weekly payments if the majority of the current members seem reasonable. Stability is key, if you run a campaign you get a bombardment of PM/posts already and need to avoid creating unnecessary work. This takes up a lot of time. But since I'm flexible I might just try. Will post. Payouts for resigned users done: https://blockchain.info/tx/b8123142d23fbbb8830a73fd04bcfeebdef8d9abb8eb637f62a3c58c972809a4

@zolace: People love stability. You don't get that kind of responsiveness anywhere. People also like to support PRC. We get lots of support everywhere. Not everybody is on the forums though.

Technically u cant change the rules in the midst of a campaign. Do u practice the same on your site, i.e. after someone's win u declare they have lost ? If u want to change the rules, u can only do it from the next term.

The sjess situation has been discussed too much already. Dean has said that he isn't willing to discuss it any more, and that his decision to refuse to pay him out after changing the rules will stand.
