Good, stay out. Don't try to win your money back, you will end up only losing more. Maybe block the site or other gambling site so you don't get the urge to play again and lose even more money. 0.25 btc is quite a bit.

it is never about someone actually suited or not to play in the site

what matter to most is the complete control over your greed and rage, if you have complete control over it and try to cashout at low multiplier instead of chasing for high multiplier, you actually have the chance to win a small amount

No, I'm not sure why you'd think that =) The site has been, is and always will be fair. However that doesn't imply that players will always win (or lose). Also in the last couple of days, the site profits have fallen at least 10 BTC or so, so at least some people are winning =)

It definitely happens, but it's hard to pin down the issue or where it lies. I recommend using wired internet connections, and highly advise betting with the autocashout to eliminate any latency like issues. That said, it does seems quite responsive to me.

The username definitely does exist, and the system isn't seeming to have any problems finding it. Make sure to use an 0 not an O, as they're not the same thing. If you're still having issues, please use the support and I'll get back to you ASAP.

The most common situations this occurs is when there's player-vs-player action like MoneyPot or Poker. pure luck is indeed needed, strategy will only "lower" your chance to lose, or either bust your bankroll faster, a game with no house edge means a pvp game, but there is always a chance to lose even at a pvp game

Moneypot is different where you could outsmart the house edge by actually cashing out earlier or cashing out after big roller to accumulate the bonus thus lowering the house edge
