I have a 26Mh rig. I would certainly fare better by solo-mining if max-hashrate on pools is set to eg. 10Mh? Or is that not possible?

each miner on the pool will have a max hashrate, the overall pool not so much I like the concept but it's prolly not that hard to get around |

What is your plan to avoid miners to set up multi accounts? e.g. one can use different email addresses set up different accounts for their rent-rigs which will have different IPs. When I mine Revocoin, I noticed someone setup username "WCA, WCB ..... WCY, WCZ" from two different pools. I would say that one miner has total 52 accounts which give him/her 10MHz x 52 hash rate.

Yes, we do need to manage all pools to make sure people cannot break the limitation. Because we can compare all pools' database to detect the duplicate or something unusual. What is your plan to avoid miners to set up multi accounts? e.g. one can use different email addresses set up different accounts for their rent-rigs which will have different IPs. We will block all rental services' proxy. Dont worry! why? if u manage the pool, then u can limite the hash for user. i usually rent rig because i have not an own rig. i d like to rent 20 mh rig. what s the problem? |
