i mean right now and avaiable. i see many project about it but idk any avaiable one.

note: i now its not a project development but i should ask it to you since everything about p2p happening here.
Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Counterparty protocol is fully working from months, see www.counterparty.co.

Also mastercoin and nxt have asset exchanges built in... but atm you can only buy/sell assets against their native currencies (could be wrong, has been a while until i checked)

And then there is ripple.com... it‘s the faster and older one, but whether or not you can call it p2p is a fascinating matter.

By P2P exchange do u mean localbitcoins type escrow based exchange ?
