I read, that tor wasnt compromised to full extent. Seems that the news are mostly fud and tor is still like 99% anon =o

But but... Where is the dev? Lack of communication makes people suspicious and we all would like to know the roadmap and future plans.

So sad if this crypto dies before even getting to an exchange. Step up the game dev!!

99% compromised is depending on your use of anonymity and privacy. but it can be about 10% anonymity depending on your needs. if your goal is just to provide a different public ip address for transactions then that is fine. but for a determined hacker your real ip address can be revealed. there is also the risk of tor network ips being blacklisted by various networks rendering its service useless for all users.

Well see where this goes. I read in one article, that " a single user regularly uses Tor over an extended length of time, it is almost certain that he can be ‘de-anonymized.’" (Infosecurity magazine) But does this apply to transfers, since they are quite fast there is no reason to stay connected to the network prolonged periods of time..? The article was about government security agencies entering tor and they have massive resources compared to "normal" hackers.

tor was compromised. there is no anon in tor anymore

Tor was not compromised. there was a attack  on tor, but that was closed long before our release and only affected older code and certain relay types.

https://blog.torproject.org/blog

The attackers could not even see application level traffic!

Anyways, we are working on getting something out soon while we work on the bigger anonymity picture! A new batch of giveaway coins are being sent atm.

Good to hear. Im sure, that certain instances try to spread fud concerning tor.

Anyways keep up the good work and spread the premine for the community! Fauce would be good also..

Thank you for those good news, we have some more!

We got a generation 2 wallet out for you guys, we've been working on more anon features but those take a more time, an infographic on those should be out soon as well.

PS: We've been getting a lot of messages asking us when will we be listed on an exchange. As this is a long term coin we won't rush that, we are getting more coins out by distributing the premine and the blocks seem to be getting out fine as well.

You can always tweet, email or even IRC the exchanges, community support is one of the main factors that can get a coin listed.

Suchpool has shown estimated next diff around 13-18 several days now, but the diff has always been high above 20-30.. Retargeting broken or what the hell..?

Noticed that too on other coins but as far as I can see it's pool dependent. Some pools show different estimates.

On suchpool I didn't see the Net-Hashrate?!
Is it to small?
So this can be the reason why the difficulty is so low.

Dead?

Seems like it.. Stopped mining this, since dev is mute and no one even chats in this thread.

Cant understand why people make coins and abandon them at the beginning

The Dev still owns about 45% of the total coin....  Probably quickly found out he had no where to dump it.

Looks like I'll keep mining it for now. Perhaps the dev will return or someone else will pick up the scraps to continue development.
