Apologies if this has been covered...having a hard time finding.... I guess I am asking for the apt-get commands to get needed dependencies to compile cryptonite-cpuminer My linux not so good.... I have compiled many miners in linux but this one is giving me problems Dependencies: libcurl http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/ libgmp https://gmplib.org/ jansson http://www.digip.org/jansson/Thanks for the help |

Trying to compile 1GH cryptonite-cpuminer on ubuntu getting this error after ./configure CFLAGS="-O3" CXXFLAGS="-O3" configure: error: GNU MP not found, see https://gmplib.org/I may have a dependencies issue..........compile many miner in linux before but having problem with this one Any help would be appreciated, I am weak at Linux..........Thanks |

Cpuminer on xcn.1gh.com updated now, 40%+ speedup.
reorder i got a lot of "Stratum requested work restart". Some miners can't even send jobs after 10 min. Any fix? Thanks. If you run several workers, please try using different wallet addresses to get a lower share difficulty for each. Cryptonite has important block bits updated with every transaction appearing on the network so we have to update miners tasks frequently too. I am having similar problem. I run several workers each with a different wallet addr. The hash rates display on your website will go down a lot after about an hour even though the hash rate displayed on the miner remains the same. Is there a leak somewhere? Me too, only half on pool The same here. |

New Mining Pool 1% Fees!http://pool.minichain.info pays out once a day proportional to the number of shares (share difficulty = 512) Also check out the blockexplorer at http://minichain.info It might be down sporadically over the next few days if I'm working on it more If I get enough interest, I'll release the source code for both I'm getting bascily 100% rejections. Any idea why? I'm looking into it now. I think I just need to decrease the polling time. We'll see if that helps. I'm also going to make sure each miner is getting unique data to hash |

which version should I use for testnet ?
I tried the latest qt version, I get stuck 5 days behind.

I don't know why Chinese exchanges list XCN first.  But I don't like BTer or BTC38. Mintpal, Poloniex or Bittex are prefered |

The old mining software was not using the server provided nonce so all windows miners were doing the same work. Windows Miners must use the new minerd-pool.exe. @djm34, can't you just use 1GH's pool for whatever it is that you need testing?  Dunno about which version for testnet though, think you need to ping @catia on IRC, and see if he can put up some testnet nodes for you. Cheers, ~ Myagui whatever I am testing isn't ready to work on stratum... (such a pain in the ass this blockheader... ) what is the IRC channel ? You could start with our cpuminer, just CUDA-ize scanhash function that already builds the block header. |
