With 26 S3s you can mine on pretty much every pool since stratum has had the bugs worked out on SHA-256.  I would use load balancing over 3 or 4 pools, choose your favorites or the 4 biggest after ghash (please don't mine there for the time being) and have CGMiner load balance across the 4 pools since you would be earning for the next 6 months.  Set auto payout on each pool to 0.5BTC so you don't get too much build up on each pool and also so you don't have tons of micro transactions.
Thank you! Very helpful.

Now I`m testing seven of twenty six Antminers S3, with seven different pools in "failover" mode. Please take a look and comment.

Did I miss something here?
Shouldn't the Antminer S3 hashrate be around 440 GH/s? Why are yours just slightly above 200 GH/s?

Yes, it was unpleasant fact for me too. Is there any logical explanation?

Are you sure the miners you are having are really the S3, not the other models?  Huh

I bought them directly from BITMAIN, with UPS delivery, batch 2 and 3.

Okay, last weekend I tested seven pools, one miner each pool:
My humble opinions are:
http://p2pool.1js.us/ - not impressive, too many rejects, can`t see my statistics and payouts
https://www.multipool.us/ - good, you can mine forks dynamically, good payouts
https://ghash.io/ - good payouts
https://polmine.pl - not impressive, too many rejects, didn`t payed yet
http://eligius.st/ - too many rejects, didn`t payed yet
https://www.f2pool.com - not bad, pays
https://www.btcguild.com - heavy load for the miner, pays good

Plaese comment!
