3) PoB Proof of burn is not used by any coins. its a highly destructive method and would doom the coin to failure eventual.

Not true.
Counterparty (XCP) used proof of burn (check https://www.counterparty.co/why-proof-of-burn/) and a total of 2130 btc were "burnt" on the address 1CounterpartyXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXUWLpVr (https://blockchain.info/address/1CounterpartyXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXUWLpVr)
