Please install the following on a fresh VPS to setup an ONYX node:

sudo apt-get upgrade

sudo apt-get install checkinstall subversion git git-core build-essential

sudo apt-get install libssl-dev libdb++-dev libminiupnpc-dev

sudo apt-get install libboost-dev libboost-system-dev libboost-filesystem-dev libboost-program-options-dev libboost-thread-dev

cd ~
git clone git://github.com/onyxcoin/Onyxcoin.git
cd Onyxcoin
cd src
mkdir obj
chmod +x leveldb/build_detect_platform
make -f makefile.unix

Then to run your new ONYX node, do:

./Onyxcoind -server=1 -daemon=1 -listen=1

These commands would work best on a Ubuntu 14.04 LTS VPS

Just close out of that error window and then reopen the .exe file


If that doesn't work, then try deleting all the files except for peers.dat and wallet.dat in your App Data/Roaming/Onyxcoin folder.

People are wising up fast.  Coins like this aren't getting hash.  Miners don't make money when you do a 15000 block premine.  Only the dev and the people who got the bounties make money.  I wouldn't hold my breath thinking this coin will have value.

Net Hashrate 3,799.94  MH/s  right now and falling of the cliff.  I doubt the dev team can turn it around but who knows. Maybe next coin you make try a foundation wallet.  Looks like there is a small multipool jumping on and off it at the moment though.
