Non-stop complaints of no cs for Cloudbet. More than 24 hours and counting for a MLB bet to be graded. No response from support: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=333552.2240Cloudbet taking some of the largest bets on the net, yet clearly operating with only a skeleton crew. Peeps - You've decided books which don't send withdrawals w/in 15 minutes will be downgraded. What about sites which take more than x amount of time to grade wagers? Okay then directbet should be A rate if their odds competitive like another books i mean currently durectbet have a little bit low odds. +1 customer service for directbet working very well , i don't like waiting for long and directbet have very good response on it when we have a question or whatever regarding their service. |

There range of live bets is sure impressive -the odd provider they deal with covers plenty of events-, I like live betting on smaller tennis tournaments and I don't find them in any other book (sometimes Anonibet offer smaller tournaments but usually only major tournaments are available for live betting), The amount and number of events they cover as a whole is impressive and live tennis odds are mostly at the same level as bet365's and not bad at all. the live baseball odds are comical though... Also there customer support is great, they always solved my messages within an hour or two maximum and were always very nice and polite while I had some tickets waiting for ~7 hours to just get a reply in another book *cloudbet cough*. |

A few random comments off the top of my head: DirectBet = I haven't used for awhile, but payouts of course are instant which is great, cs I agree with the other feedback that it's prompt and courteous. The owner was always fair with me and would respond quickly. Cloudbet = Look at their thread. Seems like too many problems with speed of cs response and speed of payouts., sometimes speed of grading. Nitrogen's payouts, at least for me, have gotten back to being excellent as far as speed. Usually 2-3 minutes, never more than 10 minutes. Jetwin seemed to have instant payouts. Or at least very fast. All books that offer MLB should allow the option of betting on listed pitchers rather than action. But most btc books don't. |

Even i was not the fans for cloudbet, but sometimes for not popular matchs and not popular team it will more times to booker to confirmed that match result.. So i think you just wait it more time, sometimes it need more than 12hours... But you must ask they CS, because if i got any trouble when betting at directbet.eu they will respond it very fast that why i vote directbet here... |
