At Cloudbet, the game I bet on ended like 4 hours ago and the status is still pending.
Even i was not the fans for cloudbet, but sometimes for not popular matchs and not popular team it will more times to booker to confirmed that match result.. So i think you just wait it more time, sometimes it need more than 12hours... But you must ask they CS, because if i got any trouble when betting at directbet.eu they will respond it very fast that why i vote directbet here... What games did you play? if it is a small tournament or league, grading slow is normal, if it is big ones, slow grading may happen in rain delay, interrupt matches and so forth, I bet US open tennis there, and all bets were graded within 5 minutes, so I am very happy with their speed, much better than other sites. But boxing may be slow, I bet some on mayweather VS berto, and it was graded after some hours |

Exactly. Tech problems have nothing to do with the consistently terrible cs which many report. Cloudbet - "A vocal minority are posting issues in that thread." But why should anyone be reporting that it takes days to get a response? There's a consistency to the poor cs complaints over a long period of time. |

How fast are deposits and withdraws with nitrogensports?
Instant deposit and usage for sports; poker requires some minimal confirmation for usage - don't know how much. My experience - Withdrawals for the last few months are taking 1-2 minutes, I think once or twice longer but always no longer than 10 minutes, perhaps no longer than 5 minutes. |

I agree with you, if cloudbet has live support and 24/7 support, I will vote A for cloudbet, if they have stable withdrawals(100% instant withdrawals of 10 btc less withdrawal request, i can accept 1 hour delay on 10+btc cashout), I will vote A+ for them. But I see so many complaints against them, although my experience there is super good, I will rate them for A+. |

Hi all
The vast majority of customer service requests are serviced within 24 hours. Having said that, we have been inundated with new accounts since the start of the soccer and football seasons, and have been scaling up our CS teams to support the increase in demand. We will open a new facility next week that will improve our CS response times significantly, along with a live chat facility that will be available in coming months.
