Is there anyway to get in contact with cloudbet? They ignore you on twitter, via email, etc. Just wondering if there's a sure fire way to talk to a person or if they cut that off due to screwing everyone?

New site coinbet24.com Opened and immediately closed the site. Registration required, I'm out. This is Bitcoin. You can't force people to register anything for making anonymous betting. I'm giving F to any site that requires registration. But mostly every site needs you to register if you want to played it so I think you will never played on any site in here ever I don't need any other site when we have Directbet. Fast withdrawal and no registration, that's the most important thing in Bitcoin gambling. Every sportsbook needs this. Why do you register when we want to remain anonymous anyway? We have a great technology thanks to Bitcoin, we don't need unnecessary rules like that. |

Hi folks,
We're temporarily manually processing a lot of withdrawals that we were previously automatically processing, due to recent high instances of fraud. As soon as our new fraud prevention checks are rolled out - in the next few days - we will return to automatically processing (almost) all withdrawals.
All manual withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours.
As for bets being rejected, this was due to several days of DDoS attacks on a widely used third party data provider. Hundreds of online and offline sportsbooks were affected, not just Cloudbet. The attacks have subsided and better prevention measures put in place, so the issues no longer exist.

Cloudbet downgraded from "C+" to "C".
A bad weekend or even a bad week can be overlooked because of changes or a DDoS attack. The casino problem at Cloudbet is irrelevant since casino and poker problems are ignored for the ratings of a sportsbook.
Even with these exceptions, Cloudbet has continued to have the same problems as far as grading times, payout times and customer service.
For ratings purposes books have to be compared to each other. The top books have been improving, staying the same at worst, while Cloudbet isn't even staying stagnant. The changes in limits and margins have hurt players.
For the above reasons, Cloudbet is downgraded.
