I think the biggest problem with sportsbet.io was the support and how slow it was or how it didn't even helped out that much at all. You can have many currencies, you can have 100+ currencies that wouldn't matter, you can partner with Watford or even real Madrid/Manchester united or whatever big club and it still wouldn't matter, you can basically do whatever you want in casinos speed or promotions and what not and even that wouldn't matter.

If support is actually better than the website will get better ranking from me as well but if the support is like it used to be and basically one reply in 2 weeks which helps nobody then I am sorry but even D- is too much for you, I had only one bad deal with sportsbet and that was due to support not helping me out and now I am afraid to try again to see if its better, you are asking us to give you our money with deposits to test if your support is better and that is a bit risky too.

Completely agree with this point. I was really surprised that 1xbet banners were all over Premier league games last season. They had deal with Cardiff as well and that doesn't put them near top bookies. I'd say even near the mediocre ones, you can check their reputation.

Imo their support is good they're mostly active but it's inconsistent. There's some days where their support could help you then the next day you'll talk to a different support that doesn't have any idea on what to do and just politely say no. Requesting for their support's help is like a gamble you don't know if you're going to get a good support or not. Overall, i'd say they're in the middle or average if i'm going to rate their support.

Are you able to be more specific in regards to the slow support you have received with us on the previous issue. This is a suprise to me and goes against the other feedback we are receiving on this very topic.

Are you dealing in BTC XE Credit card transactions?
Are bets getting settled slow?
Is the response on live chat slow? ie, slow to respond to you question?
Is it depositing or withdrawals that you consider slow?
Were you paid out slow on a free bet/spin promotion?
Where you waiting to hear about sports markets?

I would be amazed if there was a situation where our support team deliberately took 2 weeks to reply to anything if it had not already been discussed with a customer already.

There are so many pieces to the sportsbook pie that I need a bit more information and ill investigate for you.

This Watford deal has been a small part of a lot of changes and improvements we have been making. Im asking customers to come back and check out the overall package ( especially our daily and weekly promotions) push our support, check our payment methods and times, and THEN see if we are still D-

We have MLB and the Copa America as two of our big sports now, Women's World Cup football, Cricket World Cup and a few other tournaments, so plenty to bet on.

Yes, hiring and training new team members has definitely stepped up in the last year and we are going to be hiring a lot more staff to handle the upcoming Football Season.
There is a lot to learn and the guys are learning at different speeds and we review our chats regularly and endeavor to get everyone up to speed as soon as they are able too. Unfortunately,in the meantime, this does create a situation where it can be 'support roulette' from top line super speedy, to new to the game, bit slower to respond and everything in between.
Keep checking back on us and hopefully all experiences can be above average!

The progression in currencies used by sportsbet has been followed from 2016 to 2018 when they first started taking Euros. It's also known that Jetwin keeps balances in many fiat currencies.

Since Sportsbet started with cryptos and had a presence here prior to accepting fiat currencies, their rating was kept up in this thread. Cryptocurrencies are accounting for less and less of sportsbet's business. Because of that, I think it's best to just put them in the fiat class.

There has been plenty of poster input on sportsbet that had a great influence on their rating. Here are some other reasons for their final rating.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=717790.3020

Jetwin keeps balances in fiat currencies. They do not accept fiat currency (only Dash, Bitcoin and Litecoin). For someone blaming Peeps for not doing enough research that is also very pro-sportsbet, you could have done your own research  

I don't blame him for delisting Sportsbet, as there are a ton of other books that are fiat but accept Bitcoin (5Dimes, Bodog, Bookmaker are a few examples that come to mind). Keeping Sportsbet would basically require him to list all of those books as well, and it's a lot of work. SBR and other resources already exist for them.

side note: I also believe Peeps' ratings are skewed and am neutral towards sportsbet
