Perhaps you could use asterisks or small index numbers with a key on the bottom giving this info.

32x rollover requirement is absurd. Jetwin is 5x and Anonibet up to 10% rebate. Then there's a bonus at BetVIP 5x deposit + bonus. Although this is a nice bonus, their hold is high. After that there's Cloudbet but they should go to rollover instead of loyalty points. It seems to take a lot of action to have the bonus released and is somewhat confusing. I like Cloudbet as a book over BetVIP.
