Validation Error Hashery is a start up operation location in Indiana USA. We will start at the founders' home location and will expand once we get enough income coming it to move to a dedicated location. We would like for this to happen by the first of 2015 if not sooner.

Income

Electric costs will be deducted before the 80/15/5 breakdown of BTC income.

80% of BTC generated will go to shareholders (Payment Schedule will be Mondays at 12 PM ET (-/+ an hour)
15% of BTC generated will go towards maintenance and expanding of the hardware.
5% of BTC generated will go towards administration fee and location fees

2,500 Shares in Phase 1 IPO

More phases are planned but do not have a timeline for them yet. We will make sure that when a new phase starts, that the original shareholders will not lose any dividends and we will do a stock split to make sure your dividends will stay the same, just double the amount of shares you have.

This is a mining co-op that we are running and you will get a portion of the hash power that we will be running for you.

Buyback
When ever beneficial for Validation Error Hashery we retain the right to buy back shares without notice on the market, at current market values.

So you couldn't sell your shares at IPO price and are now trying to dump them. Maybe you should reconsider your evaluation.
