Hey everyone,

We are soft launching our Altcoin exchange that we've been working on for the last 7 months. We have carefully studied other exchanges with the goal to build a better one, but who are we to say what is a better exchange? So we are here to ask you how we can do it.

Currently we only have 4 currencies but we can add more as we go

Some of the features of our exchange:
- 0.25% to 0% trading fee ( Refer a trader and get 20% discount on trading fee for up to 100% discount )
- Run by real people in the real world
- Crypto-Crypto exchange, No identity verification
- Sign up with just an e-mail
- Trade any  two currency pairs. (eg. trade NMC for DOGE )
- Live customer support
- Full featured API and Ruby Gem
- Strong hot/cold wallet security practices
- AngularJS for fast frontend response
- Ruby on Rails backend for reliability
- ACID compliant PosgresSQL database with proper transactions and locking to ensure data integrity

We believe building our product to what our customers ( you! ) need is the key to running a successful exchange, and this is why I am posting this to ask for your feedback on what you like, what you don't like, and how we can improve our services to make it the best exchange out there.

Your "about us" page doesn't seem to work. We have no idea who you are and you want us to make a deposit to your site ? No thanks, at least until you prove us your identity and stop being anonymous. Anonymous is great for your own needs but not for anyone who is holding a large sum of money.

We are not anonymous, strange "About us" page works fine for me. which browser are you using?

I am using firefox, the page is working now but I'm quite sure it didnt load 10 hours ago (only a blank page displayed).

Btw, your site is looking nice, it just need more effective marketing campaigns and trading pairs.

Thanks yeah we are rolling it out slowly and improving based on feedbacks. any tips on where to promote?
