This is an INCREDIBLE service. I believe you've just showed us the future. Customers will someday be able to pay using any method they want and merchants will painlessly receive the currency of their choice.

I've already used the service to buy about 100k DOGE with Bitcoin and I've installed the plugin. Very nice work.

I tested this service with a small amount and it worked as promised.
I then tested it with a little bit bigger amount and it worked again.
I then tried an even bigger amount (which was still within their limits) and they didn't pay anything back.

I suggest being careful here....

it has not been refunded and there have been several confirmations.

It now got sent, but it took way longer than advertised.
This is not a problem in this case but it would have been if it was an actual payment and not just me exchanging some coins.

Can you reveal what coins were being converted? Was it DRK to BTC for example?

Maybe there should be a check performed before the DRK exchange is offered and in case the wallet has some problems, there could be a warning that exchanging might take some time. As I said, it hasn't been in problem in this case but isn't your service supposed to be used for payments to services etc.?
If someone wants to pay someone else for a service or product and this person takes bitcoin via bitpay, then, if the payment takes longer than 15 minutes, the rate could have already been adjusted the moment the BTC are received and thus the payment may not be successful. =/

I know it shows the conversion rate prior to exchange but a little calculator would make the process more simpler.

We use some techniques to judge the likelihood of double spends and protect ourselves against that risk. Many transactions require one confirmation, but if we feel comfortable with a certain transaction we may process it without one confirmation even. It's part of what we work on
