Well it's a very detailed document and it certainly adress all the problems, this regulations ignored.

The only problem is, the financial support, received by regulators from the banking institutions for their election campaigns, will dictate the decisions made by the regulators.

The Banking institutions are not very BTC friendly, so you know what the result would be.  Shocked
