in the OP you were clear to advertise that you are not affiliated with him so either way it is but a fan site for him and actually there is a law against sueing for fan sites on a private settings! so obviously unless he will sue you for killing a few dead birdz or showing tits to a few adult males or females!  or any other un reasonable motive .
i think its great that your straight to the point and say whats on your mind.
and i can assure you that even if he did try to sue u i can make it very uncomfortable for him to pursue.

the answer to you question is "neither", i asked a simple explanation from someone that warned the Dev of this coin that a lawsuit is on its way.
asking that question should be normal based on the reason of lack of foundation.
as i replied to the DEV i simply stated that i would support his efforts if in light of a lawsuit.
how would all of this be "looking for a fight"??
