I've been thinking about starting lease contracts on amazon, then I came across leaserig. New to this area, but trying to make a little extra BTC with what I have.

For BTC/SHA I have 2 BFL Jalapeno's, 1 runs at 7 GHs and the other at 5 GHs
For Scrypt I have 1 Diamond 7970 averages about 550 KHs

Again I know it's not much, but it's a start, hope to do business with some of you guys.

UPDATE: Just bought a 180 GH Antminer S1 from Microcenter, all setup and ready to go.

This one will take place of the BFL Jalapeno's as they really don't contribute to all that much. And over time I'm thinking about getting those gridseeds and setting them up for Scrypt.

Hope to do business with some of you soon and hopefully this rig performs as expected

It's been running for 11m and average speed 179.06 GH, currently mining on us1.coinking.io:9999 (multipool)

Just want to put out a testimony for this miner.

I have rented this miner back to back five times in a row and i feel you cannot get a better deal than this on Betarigs. Hash is always very stable and the free hours are just unmatched by anyone else on betarigs.
Had a chance to interact with the owner of the rig several times and asked him how he manages to rent so low, what he said really struck a chord within me. He said that there is no point renting out a miner if the one renting it is not making a profit! This makes perfect sense and i feel i will keep renting this miner unless i miss it due to the high demand!  Grin

Keep up the good work Steve! BTW, corrected the renter number for you!

My pleasure. I know how stressful family can get as i have one too. Holding down a full time job is no joke either! Smiley

BTW how many miners have you actually got? I can see from the posts above that you seem to have only one miner! Is this the same one rented on betarigs? If yes, do the payments suffice in relation to the operating costs?

Yea still only 1 miner, in regards to the funds and all that I'm on the stock market, so the miner running is practically no cost to me.

Throw that in with all the overtime at work, and it's literally pennies to a dollar. So I will always have the cheapest price for other miners to rent, I try to go 25-30% below the normal and let that ride out for about a week or two, could be longer, it all depends on the average price at the time.
