Even if you change all passwords recovery question and so on you can still get it back 100% just try yourself say or click you do not know the answers anymore then hotmail will ask you information on the account when you opened it from what country last password you remember and so on and if all match they will reset it

- email is created by me, so i can provide all details about it
- email did not receveid more then 4-5 emails since registrations including email which I sent to test it
- after you buy, nobody can guarantee that it will be safe forever, as nothing is safe on internet.
