after all the owner changes and tariff changes etc.
also almost 90% is bot or a/s traffic, so what advertiser in his right mind would spend big on such campaigns?

I got paid out for accumulated earnings just yesterday. Have you done advertising with them to make that statement on traffic quality?

Yes I am getting regular payment, still not matching the amount it is reporting I am earning though (as detailed above). Admin is apparently working on it but not heard anything for a week or so.

I did not write the title it isn't my thread 
I do not think it is a scam. It pays me regularly, however it pays far below the amount I should be getting (according to its own metrics). I am looking for somewhere else to move my 1,000 - 10,000 clicks per day.

Yes of course. The only reason I posted here at all was because I got no answer from support.
Also if there is a problem then posting here will be helpful to others.

When I checked the site today, it appears my balance has been reduced to zero! (I only had about 0.06 or something in there I think, as I withdrew everything else a few days ago).

Definitely something up with the service at the moment, it isn't running as it should.
