I've calculated and it's not worth the space unless you have massive HDDs to do plotting. Cheesy

Well,I was referring too my laptop hard drive which I use every day. If you have free HDDs and don't have what to do with them, yes as you said it is better to mine BURST.

As mentioned earlier, this is one of the things BURST shines at. The cost of running BURST off a machine you have running anyway is negligible.
Ofc the economy of scale does come into play as everywhere else, but at least normal users have a fighting chance, so to speak, as no ASICs exist. I mine with tiny plots and I still get some BURST every day Smiley

ok, take a look to this guide http://burstcoin.info/d/pdf/WindowsMiningGuide32bit.pdf
the string is good until your account id, then you must change anything...

1 -  the stagger 1800 ? must be the same for every plot file. You can calculate it with your Ram size on Mb / 0,256 Kb = stagger value. (1800*256 = 500Mb correct value of your ram size ?)

2 - after ** of your id you must change so.... 0 800000 1800 4  for first file, 800000 1600000 1800 4 for second file and 1600000 2400000 1800 4 for third ....

however, I suggest you to use GPU plot 4.0.2 that is more fast than old java plot. You can find all here http://burstcoin.eu/downloads

Enjoy
Max

What would be a 2 TB external hdd profit ? How long can i make ROI.
The project seems to be interesting

newbies ....

Hi

I'm getting ~5300 Burst per month per TB in V2 pool with the current difficulty.

2 TB ~127000 Burst in 12 months ~ 0.08395 Btc today ~ 20 € in 12 months.

ROI much greater than 12 months  Sad
