You think it's more attractive in a way towards this http://burst4.me/game/index2.php (Just 2 Graphics yet, nothing else changed)

As long as you don't Google "ammount", it will look quite silly.

Congrats, you found a typo  Grin

Who is willing to write a press release for us regarding Automated Transactions/Smart Contracts?  Happy to discuss them with you, vbcs would definitely a good person to talk to, probably better than me.

I can maybe find time but I'm running around trying to get other stuff done and would prefer to spend my time testing and debugging ATs if someone else can do the writing.

Some specifications and more data on ATs here for anyone who is interested: http://ciyam.org/at/at.html

Hopefully you aren't in it just for the money but I'll throw in a 20k Burst bounty for the article.. which will be worth a lot once we publish this article. Smiley

I think Einsteium or whatever his name is.. said he'd be happy to help make sure we get stuff published.

I could possibly do something like this tomorrow, but I would need to do a bit more research on ATs. Anyone with more information and explanation on exactly how it works, feel free to PM me and I'll take a look, then I can compile and write and article.

I write very well, and type about 96 WPM, so I could be a nice person for this project.

I would also not take the bounty from you. Wink

Thanks crowetic for offering your time and efforts  Smiley Hope you take this the right way, but perhaps it'd be a better idea to ask vbcs first. Reason being, we need your Win mining guide completed asp...  Wink mczarnek , could you ask vbcs first, saying he at least will get 50K for it?

Anyone who would like to help get the bounty higher, please donate too. The press release could very well put a new floor at 200sats.

crow, I just woke up but will be around if you are. Are you around? I want to explain a few things and stuff.

Taking about mining guides, is it anyone here who could update TetraHect0rCannabinol's linux guide to 2.0 to match crow's Win guide...? I'm exclusively using Win now, as the programs for it finally are stable now, so much better candidates must exist. Would be great if the re-writer do it for free for him caring for Burst, otherwise we'd collect a bounty for the work. The new new guilde should focus on all tools available now and reference Java stuff less. It also great if it's well formatted and pedagogical (see crow's draft for Win at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Bc1LIG0vOYYW6FxgBHhQGjKqm0aWoSClkqaNJx17wWk/edit)

PM me or email me at burst@countermail.com if you are interesting doing the job!

If you can code - code something that uses burst, or enhances burst or whatever.

If you can hack sites together, figure a site that uses burst, or helps burst users or whatever.

If not, try to help getting more people to know burst, and thus hopefully getting more people to use burst.

guerilla marketing : Figure the strengths of burst, and then very politely and in a non-spammy way, mention burst in discussions on the net, where the topic is related to something burst can do, or can solve.  For instance, if you have ASIC and GPU mining experience, you could dive into a discussion about how futile it has become to mine scrypt , and then tell the story about how you sold your 10 GPU's, bot some harddisks, and have been mining burst with a ROI of about 4 months.. or whatever...

never just pop in and say burst is the thing... be helpful, provide solutions, make sure the readers feel they were lucky they read your message.

Get live on radio shows about crypto's and talk about burst

help your local business that already takes bitcoin to also take burst

sell stuff for burst

Find a bunch of environment geeks in some forum and tell them how much more environmentally friendly burst is, compared to asic and gpu mined coins.

Test the burst wallet software very thoroughly and create issues in github with bug reports.

Go to the local bitcoin meeting and discuss burst and its merits and perhaps pitfalls

Every time you get paid at work, spend 1% or 5% or whatever % you can afford, buyng burst

go to all the exchanges that doesn't yet have burst and vote it up. Also vote it up on any other kinds of altcoin services where it might not yet exist.

Help newbies in the forum to get going in a friendly and constructive manner

imagine how cool the new car will be, when you sell some burst for $1 a piece in a few years...

Acct is just a simple use case of AT. I am not sure if such exchange can be integrated inside the wallet, as you need wallets in both platforms to make the "swap". Below you can see a description on how atomic cross chain txs are working using AT

Really nice to have you here, thanks a lot for your and burstdev's exciting work  Smiley

I was going to send you a Burst donation, but the wallet said that address hasn't had any incoming or outgoing transactions. Can you please confirm that the address is correct, so I (and hopefully others) can donate?

If it's the correct address, make sure to make and outgoing transaction to make the wallet more secure Smiley

Yes that is the correct address, i had just created my wallet Smiley

-vbcs

So curiously what sort of processing power do you need per TB? There needs to be some sort of baseline somewhere for meeting deadlines compared to the amount of storage you have...

Not much is needed, I have an old duo-core rig processing ~15tb in about a minute. I have an i3 reading 20tb in less than one min. I even have a oooold  single core machine completing 5tb in less than one min.

In fact not so much reading is done as you might think.

More important for speed is large staggers and ram.

Well, if "Ammount" is the only typo I have Cheesy
I will never learn to write it right, but I'll correct it.
Any suggestions how the results should be presented? I played around a bit, but I don't get the right idea.
Should all Details be visible at start or should there a button to show more details and hide them at the start.

I'm also still announcing the Burst Incoming Transfer Notification of your Android Device (Notify my Android).
The Basic Version is free, if you want unlimited notifications, you need to buy an Premium Account of Notify my Android (One Time Fee)
To use it, create an account and generate an API Key. Send this API Key as Encrypted Message to "BURST-4MEJ-CLJ8-DE9B-6RRPT" and you get a notification as soon as you get an incoming transfer. Smiley
(Last Steps of Beta ATM)
For iOS Users there is a similar program called Pushover. It is also possible to get the Notifactions via PushOver (there should be also an Android Version). If you want to get Notifications by PushOver send me your API Key and Burst Account by PM, as I haven't done the automatic parts like for Notify my Android.

If you don't get a message back, after you sent that encrypted message, there must be an error with your API Key.

And finally I need some Feedback of the Pool Stats, which are in the Last Beta State aswell -> http://burst4.me/poolstats/

Wrapping isn`t good. You may try just to remove spaces in "HH : mm : ss" (client\index.js) and [roundCount]
And change all links from "burst.cryptoport.io/acc/..." to "burstcoin.eu/address/..." (client\templates)

Thanks, I've done all the suggested improvement, except for roundcount  Wink

p.s. On my side, I wasn't able to replicate the new paragraph problem

you do not need cpu/gpu power to mine burst...

CPU/GPU it is used heavily just to plot files....
