What can I do with this account if you don't pay me back?
Collateral is something of value which can be easily sold.

For me, ~400$ isn't a small amount, there are some members who defaulted even on a 1$ loan.

I have my full details in my localbitcoin account
I can't sell your details for 400$ ...

plus i am a senior member and this account is enrolled in signature campaign and i will receive 0.4 btc on 17th of this month.
There I see a chance to get a loan, but not for 0.70 BTC and only if it's possible to change the payout address.

That's pretty rude. He's probably here looking for a way to earn Bitcoin by lending people with ACTUAL collateral which you are missing. NO rank or past deals are going to help you. I'm pretty sure you have a laptop or some other item you could put up for collateral for this loan. You should be a little nicer to people otherwise people won't want to do business with you at all.

im not so concerned about the "you cant sell the collateral"...
the thing is, you could get that localbitcoin account back
by simply saying it was hacked...too risky.

I think you have already  loan to repay, and you are asking another loan without repaying them.
It's not good for your account, first repay those loan then ask again.

Edit,

Sorry I saw you repaid 1 loan.
