Why is Sirius only a staff member? Shouldn't he atleast be admin?

Why is Sirius only ranked as a staff member when he's co creator of the forum? It's not like he disapeared like satoshi either because his last login day is july 30th 2014 and he/she's active. Shouldn't he at least have administrator privileges?

I think he does have admin rights. I recall a long time ago the forum was (briefly?) hosted in his country, so maybe he was hosting the forum back then too. He also owns the domain bitcointalk.org.

I wonder why he is so quiet. Maybe he is busy with IRL stuff.

Oh didn't know Badbear gets promoted to Admin. When did it happen?
