Stratum pool and solo capable miner! Our pool is up and running.

https://github.com/noncepool/m7m-cpuminer

edit: algo  is

Code:
-a m7mhash

Great work, works on suprnova too !
ocminer, could you have a look at your pool, there's much hashrate, but the pool still can't find a block, and there's something wrong with the hashrate displayed in the pool
He is already working on it and the first block was found on nova pool Smiley

Oh sorry yes I'll fix the hashrate in a moment, it is displayed too high at the moment for everyone, i am currently fixing some final issues with the diff recalculation algo.

We've already found a block.

my amd fx8350 hashing with 8 cores only results in a hashrate of 0.9 Kh/s on nonce-pool

is that normal?

It should be around 4.8Khash/s at default, at least it's what I get.

I have an interesting problem with the windows miner, i followed the cygwin instructions
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=735170.msg8859203#msg8859203
and compiled the minerd.exe which is working but instead of really running on different cores all miner threads run on ONE cpu core, i guess that's why the guy above me only got 0.8 khs per core aswell, about the same for me with an i7 4770k, CPU utilization is 13% -> 1/8 cores no matter how many threads i set at minerd.exe

Compiling and running fine on Linux though Smiley

looks like I am having the same problem: CPU only running at 30-35% with the stratum miner, while it says it is using 4 threads

Internet tells me its a cygwin bug, not much you can do about it
http://zachsaw.blogspot.de/2012/10/multithreading-under-cygwin.html
guess i'll have to wait for a pre-compiled one...

minerd shows thread 0 up to thread 7 running at 0.32 khash/s
totalling a disappointing 2.6 khash/s ...  Undecided

Having test runs on both pools right now.

Thanks to the help of ocminer, nonce-pool and schmelix and Google, I was able to mine on Ubuntu :-)

Just to give out some numbers and to contribute for the community; I'm getting 13000 hash whereas I was getting 100 hash on CryptoNote mining. Just so you guys have a reference point and to judge your performance.

What is it? --o or -o? Because the first one is indeed incorrect.

+1

Even if it's the one with the cygwin bug. I'm going to run 1 thread anyway.
