Mining ethereum would be a waste of those cards.  But if you insist, then just fire up claymore's miner here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1433925.0

At the very least, you should dual mine with decred to get some more profit out of it.  You can bump the clocks on memory and core in small increments while also lowering TDP till you get the best ratio of hashes to watts.  Its unique to each card so there are really no set clocks to use.  I personally don't overclock my NVIDIA cards and run them at -25% TDP.  But I would never mine Eth with them as the hash to watt ratio isn't good for the ROI.  You would be much better off multi mining on zpool or mining pool hub.

Agree, you will waste your cards and power , best to mine zcash or lbry with this cards it will turn you more profit than etherum , etherum is amd friendly an rx470 which cost half of the 1070 can perform better than 1070 on etherum with bios mod can perform as well as 1080 which is 3x it's price

As stated, I would pivot away from ETH mining with those units. Jump to a multi-pool. There are a ton of calculators out there to help you estimate different mining earnings.

i tried mining zcash using EBWF miner but it's not stable 24 hours or less its give me error and stop mining, if you can tell me what memory and clock and power limit + should i use for zcash, i would be thankful

Maybe , but i saw a 470 doing better than 29, it was 31 with hynix memory and stable , but he refused to give me the bios  Smiley , anyway even 29 with half price is way better than 1070

Well that kind of goes card to card... With my 1070's I am running them on Afterburner at
-75 Power Limit
+200 Core Clock
+500 Memory Clock
65% Fan

Using Claymore Dual Miner 9.x I get
I get 28.5 Eth and 287 Dcr  (Total $2.53/day) per card

Using EBWF Zec
I get 430 on Zcash (Total $2.64/day) per card

I had the same problem on EBWF.  You will have to play around to find what keeps it stable.
Also added a few lines to my command prompt to auto restart the miner if the cards crashed it...
:startminer
miner --server eu1-zcash.flypool.org --port 3333 --user t1gwf3idxiH8LwAuJs4vRmkVWpaL719iRFQ.Leoben --pass x --cuda_devices 1 --eexit 3
GOTO startminer

Made one Bat file for each card by changing the "--cuda devices x" command and ran them all individually to see what one was causing it to crash.
I then tweaked that card individually until it stayed stable then synced all the cards to that cards setting.

I would reset your cards with no overclock and set -25% TDP.  Then let it run and see what your hash rate is.  I use EWBF when mining ZEC and its stable as can be, but I wouldn't limit yourself to just that.

I make $20-$30 a day from each of my 6x 1070 rigs with multi mining.  Just mining ZEC you will make less than $20 . . . probably closer to $15.  It is less complex to setup though so for someone new to mining that would be a good start.  The 1070's should get around 420 Sol/s and the 1080's 500+ even at -25% TDP.  If you are getting instability it is always best to wipe and start clean.

Mining ethereum would be a waste of those cards.  But if you insist, then just fire up claymore's miner here:

If you have the gigabyte founders edition and mine with ubuntu you get around 31MH/s with these cards, they are more expensive but have good power consumption and are better all round for other coins, like ZCash.

yeah sure nvidia is bad on ETH no complain here everyone know this, in fact would be stupid to point your gear to dagger coin with nvidia, amd is bad in many other algo that are niche for nvidia, so they are equalin the end

I make $20-$30 a day from each of my 6x 1070 rigs with multi mining.

I just started my 1070 ASUS Dual farm. May I ask what are you multi mining?

The best results I got was Claymore mining ETH+SIA 29.0 / 580 with the following config:

Core +150
Mem +650
TDP: 112% (consuming 160~165w)
Energy cost: 0.18 USD

Is that going to burn my card? Should I lower my TDP to prevent damage?

From a simple mining/energy cost perspective it's better to run at full power.

Whit the rise of ETH price these days, it is better to mine Eth than Zcash on 1070. Check wtm.

I've been mining Zcash with my 3 x 1070 rig.  Are most ppl holding onto ETH or doing a shapeshift to Bitcoin or another alt?  Trying to figure out the best strategy. Thanks!

I think the best option is to have BTC and ETH in your wallet
