 Genetic scientists seem to be in general agreement that we are all descendants of one woman and one man. This research was fairly recent, starting about 1978. They, of course, do not believe in the creation story of Adam and Eve in the Bible, but their conclusions are getting closer and closer.

The only proof that God really exists is when you BELIEVE.

When you believe, God provides you with special, spiritual proof of His existence. But God doesn't want the unbelievers to go on their way and die eternally... simply because they don't understand that He exists. That's why He gives scientific proof for His existence. Further, James in the Bible says that even demons believe that there is one God. But it doesn't do them any good. See James 2:19:

The point is that simply having proof that God exists isn't enough to save yourself from destruction.

Proof for the existence of God is only the beginning. Once you know that God exists, then you have to believe what He says. If you don't believe Him, all your knowledge of Him is useless.

I think we all have our opinions, but for me we don't have to argue whether God really exists or not. We believe what we are thinking is true so be it .

Well my opinion on this topic is pretty complicated.

Does god exist? Well it might. I'm a "see to believe" guy. There's no proof that he exists, but this can be a pretty long talk regarding this. God may not be how we think he is or how we think he looks like (human form, etc).

Since the beggining of mankind, humans started to ask some questions like: "Why i am here?" and "Why the sky is blue and not yellow?", etc. As you know, a long time ago when there was an earthquake, humans thought gods were angry, or when solar eclipses happened they thought that was the "Last Judgment" and other stuff like that. Now we do know why earthquakes happen and solar eclipses too (and it's not gods work obviously :p). Mankind started to use "God" as a "excuse" for unexplained things. But the question still remain.. "Why are we here?" "What's the purpose of life?", and many other questions similar to this ones.
The universe is large. We are a very (very very very very very very very very) tiny portion of the universe. Do other civilizations exist? Hell yeah, why not? Will we ever know why are we here and what's our purpose? Not really. I mean we don't have enough "capacity" (IQ, or whatever you want to call it) to fully understand some things. I mean, what's behind the universe? Is it "infinite" ? Is it not? We don't know. But this all looks like a paradox. Think on the chicken and the egg "problem". Who went first? I mean to have an end, you need a beggining, right? But what came before that beggining? Did it just do a "click" and "boom", it's there? As i said, we'll never know.. we don't have that "capacity". Like you can talk about 4 dimension and all that stuff, but we still don't know.. Do we have a "destiny" or we do our own destiny? Well another complicated question. Of course something happened to create all of this.. but what was that? And why do people think it's gods work? You can talk about the big bang, but what was before the big bang? "nothing" ?? .. doesn't make sense because we don't have the "capacity".
Did you ever thought that we could be in a small universe? I mean, think in a water drop. What if we are in a universe at the size of a water drop (in some other universe) and every water drop is a different universe? It's all possible. A lot of you may think it's not, but that's because you live on this universe and you were raised like this. For you, the empire state building is huge, or the burj khalifa, right? And an ant is small, right? Well that's our "sense of grandeur".. We are in the solar system, then we have the milky way and after it's a lot of other galaxies and stars, whatever, that are millions of light-years far away from us. But for people like us, that's "huge", what if it isn't in another universe? Our universe could be a single atom in others universe. This is very complicated, and we all should live our lifes the best way possible. We don't know why we are here and what's our purpose, but we created a society and we should fit on it, born, go to school, get a job, marry, get kids, whatever, and die. Its how it works. We could even be in some kind of "matrix".. A lot of stuff can be possible.

Besides. It's very difficult to simply believe in anything that there is no evidence for. For example. Believe that a suitcase full of $20 bills is suddenly going to appear in the middle of your living room. Difficult to do. The point is, God understands how weak our faith is. But He DOES want us to have faith. So He shows us that He exists in some ways, and tells us what He is going to do, so that we see He is there by knowledge, but still have to have faith in Him.

Well my opinion on this topic is pretty complicated.

Does god exist? Well it might. I'm a "see to believe" guy. There's no proof that he exists, but this can be a pretty long talk regarding this. God may not be how we think he is or how we think he looks like (human form, etc).

Again, the evidence of the existence of anything points to the existence of God. But when we use science to understand how complex everything is, while having no known method whereby it all came into being, then science shouts "God."

Besides. How do you know what anybody was thinking way back in the beginning. Religions contend that all people knew God for at least a few hundred years following the beginning.
