hi, everyone.

In my original plan, icarus project will discontinued after batch 3, because i must move to my next product "Lancelot".

maybe because it's really at least 8 weeks away. i saw many people still want Icarus board, and start a unofficial Group buying thread.

as everyone noticed, some event which make us not pleasant happened.

first of all, i make this product not only for make money for my self, but also by my interest. by doing this, now i have many friends around the world.

this time i underestimated everybody's enthusiasm on icarus, but my future plan must continue. so i find one of my friend "xiangfu" to operate this group purchase. i trusted him, and i will take the risk of any scam issues. i hope you can trust him too.

some notice:

1, this batch will no more than 50 boards.
2, 90% possibility will ship out in April.

I have 5 Icarus from the 3rd batch that I am willing to sell. I paid slightly less than ngzhang's original price of $569 for them (shipping was free) and I had them for about a month (with 2 weeks down time during my vacation, since I didn't have time to set them up before I left). I have been using them with MPBM and they do a great job.

They come with power supplies from ngzhang, USB cables, the hex mounts (some spare if you need), original packing and everything.

Optimally I am looking for one person to buy them all. Feel free to send me a PM with your offer if you are interested.

Shipping will be free. I am in Hong Kong, so expect an international parcel (sending as a gift or sample is no problem). I can ship via EMS Speedpost (Intl courier 4 or 5 days) or Airmail (can take 3 weeks or even longer, but is safer to send as "gift"). If you want FedEx, UPS or DHL I can probably send them for a nice value, but as "gift" is impossible. And these couriers will probably charge $50 or more for shipping and then some handling fee to import them for you into your country. You can avoid that high cost with EMS Speedpost or Airmail (EMS is what ngzhang also uses).

I accept BitCoin but if you insist on cash you'll have to wire money to my bank account in Hong Kong or Europe (SEPA).

If none of the "usual suspects" here in the Icarus threads want them I may trying to re-post this in the market section. I am selling them for private reasons, so please don't ask. I can guarantee that they work and I will pack them very well, but I can't give any additional warranty and you'll have to talk to ngzhang for support (just as you would have purchased them from him).

Today, ngzhang and me go to the SMT factory. for me is to learn how SMT working. I have learned a lot, thanks a lot to ngzhang. all those 50 Icarus SMT have finish today. it will totally finish in next 2 days(some components have to manually soldering). then all boards will send back to ngzhang for test. I will send them out after ngzhang finish the test. it will be next week if everything goes fine.
