Lamassu btc ATM's not working!

I have at least 3 Lamassu brand bitcoins ATM's in my area and not one of them is working.
I have spoke with an employee of the company who run's these in Australia and was told that the machines need a firmware update and could be out of action for some time.
Anyone know anything more regarding these firmware updates needed?
Or if anyone else uses bitcoin atm's can you recomend a good one, i like the Lamassu branded ones as there very easy to use.

Thanks, i have looked on your site but the other 2 Lamassu atm's are 2 far away and probably have the same firmware problem anyway.
I know the atm at the hub is also not working and hasn't been since march due to no intrest they say.
Looks like my only option is the Emporium, if that one's working that is.
