don't know if mentioned, but Mark Warden, free stater, I met him in New Hampshire

his campaign is taking bitcoins: http://www.markwarden.com/page/contribute-campaign

he had a problem with meeting the rules so you must give your personal info like everyone else donating to political campaigns

Perhaps someone would you let you escrow and donate through them so your identity is still anonymous Wink

more info about what happened found in his interview: http://nhcaptv.com/episode/224

I think independent radio stations are great because they need the money and they will promote bitcoin

I just sent this email to radio paradise, please right your own so it doesn't look like spam or a flash mob.
bill@radioparadise.com

Hi,

I would like to donate to your amazing station but I have boycotted the global banking system. Please accept bitcoin so that thousands like me can support you without supporting the corrupt banking system.

Bitcoin is a totally decentralised grass roots, open source and democratic currency.

to find out how to accept bitcoin please visit
http://www.weusecoins.com/

Please let me know when you do so I can be the first to donate.

Kindest regards
J

Hmm, you are right, there doesn't seem to be any contact info. The only way to contact the people that run icefilms seems to be the forum.

I think we have to hit major online market place like
etsy.com

http://www.etsy.com/help/contact

Once one of these big guys take it up then there will be a role on effect.

I just got an email from him today. He already is accepting bitcoin now!
http://www.corbettreport.com/support/
He is taking them for subscriptions orders, which are more expensive. Id like him to just accept donations so people can actually give smaller amounts.
you can get him at  corbett at corbettreport com  if you want to let him know too.

This will not do!  The thrive movie has a whole section talking about the abuses of central banks...and when asked why they only accept paypal donations, this is what they have to say. This will not do I say!

Thank you for your interest in Thrive.  We are aware of these alternative currencies, but they are still early in their development and there are a number of instabilities that need to be ironed out before we would be ready to embrace these technologies.  However, we are keeping an eye on them.

Go to the comment box at the bottom and request that they add bitcoin support via bitpay.com for adding funds to a namecheap account.
