My payment order is still not paid since 22 August. Admin not responding, they should fix it soon. All I see is they are still accepting new members and collecting all investment. But 2 weeks of not fixing the payment processor is something fishy. Hope to warn those who like to join to wait until they resolved this issue.

Only Thing I could suggest is to report them to their hosting provider to have them shutdown.  From the whois, it appears to be OVH located in France.  You could try emailing abuse@ovh.com and report their site.  This information was obtained from betterwhois.com at the following link.
