I, fishy, will escrow any transaction you wish for free!  There is no cost, but tips are appreciated!  

I am a trusted member of bitcointalk and would like to give back to the community.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• only transactions up to 2.5 BTC
• i can escrow BTC only (new coins coming soon)
• by using fishy escrow, if an unforeseen event occurs that results in the losing of funds, you agree not to sue fishy  
• fishy will try his best to refund your money if he loses it (he has a day job)

STARBUCKS ESCROW

If you are buying a Starbucks card and you feel uncomfortable that the dealer has control over the funds, I can transfer your code to a fresh card so that the seller does not have control over the funds.  For this type of escrow, the fee is $1 + 0.5% of the card's value.

Of course, I can still escrow your starbucks transaction for free, but the dealer will have the codes.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• if you use fishy starbucks escrow, he is released from all legal liability relating to balance termination, for example, if the dealer bought cards using a stolen credit card

lol.  The starbucks escrow is useless.  Starbucks has records of where the balances move, so there is no point...  Plus, someone can just do that themselves...

Yes, but if the cards are legit, but the seller decides to use them, the balance will be zero, since they were transferred.

How would they do it themselves if they did not have starbucks cards already lying around?

"Smells fishy" escrow, while witty, is not a service I'd use. I'd change the name dude.
It's basically an insult to a business partner if you suggest it.

IF the cards are legit?  How will you know? lol  If they are legit, the buyer himself can just transfer the funds himself.
