The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

LOL @ You Dumb People
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=746016.msg9385417#msg9385417

Why Can't you escrow the funds before the campaign?
The way I see it, there is a huge risk of the campaign without the escrow. I do understand, that this campaign was held before as well, and was paid out and a lot of people who were paid are like, I so trust the guy , but it might just be, that the site didn't do so well, so you might have considered why not, just do mass marketing and try the sig campaign out. It could very well be an exit strategy by running the campaign, with many many many users, and if advertising works, you make good money during the process. After that, just shut down the site and leave with the money and not pay for the sig campaign. You have nothing to lose.
You are posting the campaign through a member account, so even if you get the neg trust after the campaign, you got no worries.
How about you escrow around 1/4th of the amount?

Its due to culpable people like these: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=746016.msg9357056#msg9357056
You greedy lads kind of deserve it.

that's it, if letprice wants to remove negative trust he needs to pay the price he owe me. 0.12 btc.

I will apply a negative trust if he doesn't come to explain or pay by December 5th.

I will remove the signature by then.

you guys won't make any differences to letprice , because you are not on the default trust list.

Trust doesn't necessarily need to be by a default trust member, anyone with minimum brains will know that he is a scammer that scammed lots of people of a bitcoin sig campaign.

devthedev has given OP a nice red warning now, but I am afraid it doesn't help much in pushing him to pay you guys back. Sad

It doesn't matter to him anyway. He has done his job and has now left.

It does! All right ,my fault. What I mean is only people on the default trust list could hit him a red -ve record.

Even people didn't give him a negative feedback, he is already marked as a scammer by community.

I will remove the signature in few hours, and the fact is I have holding your sig for extra days.

If you don't get back and pay the people, you will be marked as a scammer by the community.(it's the same for your site/project)
Sig removed. But I am still eligible for the payment.
Finally you guys take right decision ! My suggestion don't participate next time without an escrow service Smiley I don't know why letsprice is playing with his reputation Tongue

What reputation? It was obvious from the beginning this was going to happen. The site itself showed clearly it was a ponzi scheme.

I was talking about letprice. It was not clear from my post earlier.

He expected this to happen and set it up like this. You all have been played. You can give him red trust all you want but it doesn't harm him.

Exactly. It is likely he will never log in his account anymore, and just let his site die naturally.
If he comes up a new scam idea, he will create a new account and won't expose the relationship between his new account with this account.
